Why Our Tape Is Different?
Why Our Tape Is Different?
In TV screen repair, tape failure is one of the most common causes of rework.
Edge lifting, light leakage, unstable panels, and adhesive residue are not caused by poor skills,
but by using tapes that were never designed for TV screen repair.
This foam tape is developed specifically for LCD & LED TV repair,
especially for frameless TV edge sealing and precise panel fixation.
It provides:
• Stable edge bonding that reduces the risk of light leakage
• Consistent adhesion that remains reliable during TV operation
• A soft, high-rebound structure that protects delicate screen edges during installation
• Clean, residue-free removal for safe rework
This is not a general-purpose tape.
It is built for technicians who need predictable results, not trial and error.
Heat Stability & Long-Term Adhesion
Heat Stability & Long-Term Adhesion
TVs generate continuous internal heat during operation.
Many ordinary repair tapes lose adhesion under these conditions,
leading to edge lifting and panel instability days or weeks after installation.
This foam tape uses a high-performance adhesive system
designed to remain stable under normal TV operating temperatures.
Key advantages in real repair scenarios:
• Adhesion remains consistent during long-term TV operation
• Reduced risk of edge lifting caused by heat
• More reliable panel fixation after delivery to the customer
For professional technicians, this means fewer callbacks,
less rework, and more predictable repair results.
Soft Foam Structure & Screen Protection
Soft Foam Structure & Screen Protection
LCD and TV screens are sensitive to uneven pressure during installation.
Using tapes that are too hard or too soft can create stress points,
increasing the risk of panel deformation, pressure marks, or cracking.
This foam tape features a soft, high-rebound structure
that helps distribute pressure evenly along the screen edges.
In real repair work, this means:
• Reduced stress concentration on fragile panel edges
• Better cushioning during installation and adjustment
• Lower risk of hidden damage caused by uneven pressure
For professional technicians, screen protection is not optional.
It is part of delivering a reliable and responsible repair.

Size Recommendation
Size Recommendation
Recommended usage based on screen size:
• 3mm: 32" – 49" screens
• 4mm: 49" – 65" screens
• 5mm: 58" – 75" screens
• 6mm: 75" – 98" screens
For curved screens (24" – 34"), 4mm is recommended.
Choosing the correct width helps ensure proper sealing
and reduces the risk of edge lifting or light leakage.
